Geocaching is an outdoor adventure game where players use GPS coordinates — or a smartphone app — to find hidden containers called geocaches. Each cache is placed by another player and can range from tiny magnetic tubes to ammo cans tucked in the woods. Inside, you’ll often find a logbook to sign, and sometimes small trade items or travel bugs that move from cache to cache.
There are millions of geocaches hidden all over the world — and hundreds right here in the Brazos Valley!
